The maximum number of tenants is 2. Within a short commute to the shops, public transport, Middlemore Hospital and motorways they don’t come any more convenient than this. The rent includes water and lawns.
We are looking for tenants with great references and will do a credit and background check on the preferred applicant.
*There is the possibility if required to rent the sleepout next to the unit. Attached but with its own entrance the sleepout has its own bathroom and laundry which includes a washer and dryer. There is a privacy wall between the bedroom and living area. There are no cooking facilities in the sleepout. All cooking needs to be done in the main unit. The units do have separate power meters. The rent would then be $580 for the unit and the sleepout. Our advert though is just for the one bedroom unit at $450 per week. *
