• Manage the vacate process – final inspection, final accounts and bond refunds.

• Take all reasonable steps to ensure the tenancy runs smoothly and that all the terms and conditions of the Tenancy Agreement are adhered to;
• act on your behalf as landlord in any dispute regarding the tenancy including Tenancy Tribunal hearings;
• All other actions as set out in the Residential Tenancies Act 1976 and it’s subsequent amendments.
• Send monthly statements to the owner and their accountant if required.
• Provide a comprehensive End of Financial Year Statement.

We use Cloud base software that provides access to owners so you can check balances, statements, active maintenance requests as well as closed maintenance jobs.
