We have been using First National Platinum’s management services for many years.  We have always found the service and advice we have received from them to be excellent.   They look after a number of our properties and have always given us the clear impression that they have our best interests at heart.

We feel very cared for & looked after and really, have very little to do with our properties – just how we like it!  As we have complete trust in First National Platinum we’ve authorised them to do small repairs (up to $250-$300) without the need for our approval.  We find this gives us our monthly statements and no other niggly bits to attend – they do it all for us.  Our statements have invoices attached for those little charges – which puts your mind at ease. With my busy life/schedule this is a godsend!
